1. The Three-Tiered Age System
To ensure age-appropriate interactions and safety, this platform is divided into three distinct tiers. Access is restricted based on the age verified during registration:
- Tier 1: Kids (Under 13) – High-restriction environment. All PII (Personally Identifiable Information) filters are set to maximum. Interactions are limited to approved peer groups and moderators.
- Tier 2: Teens (13–15) – Moderate-restriction environment. Enhanced AI monitoring for “off-platform” solicitation and automated flagging of inappropriate content.
- Tier 3: Adults (16+) – Standard community environment. Requires separate verification. Adults are strictly prohibited from entering Tier 1 or Tier 2 spaces unless designated as an official Moderator.
2. Mandatory Parental Requirements (Users Under 16)
In accordance with international privacy laws, all users under the age of 16 must comply with the following:
- Verifiable Parental Consent: Access will not be granted until a parent or legal guardian has provided verifiable consent.
- Parental Contact on File: A valid parent/guardian name and contact method must be maintained on the user profile at all times.
- Email Protocol: The account must be registered using the parent or guardian’s email address. Use of a minor’s personal email address is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. Changes to Age Status & Support Tickets
Age tiers are locked upon registration based on the provided date of birth.
- No Self-Service Switching: Users cannot manually change their age or tier within the profile settings.
- Support Ticket Requirement: To update an age tier (e.g., transitioning from Kid to Teen), a Support Ticket must be opened by the registered parent/guardian.
- Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age or additional parental confirmation before a tier adjustment is processed.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Global Safety Rules
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following. Violations will result in immediate suspension:
- Personal Information: No sharing of addresses, school names, phone numbers, or real-time locations.
- Off-Site Moving: No requesting or sharing handles for Discord, Snapchat, Roblox, or other external platforms.
- Inappropriate Content: No cursing, sexualized language, or suggestive imagery.
- Harassment: No racism, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory behavior.
- Clinical Disclaimer: This is a social platform, NOT a clinical or therapeutic tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care or parental supervision.
5. Data Sovereignty & Purging
We do not sell user data to third parties. To protect our youngest users, chat logs are subject to a Strict Purge Policy. Conversations are automatically deleted from our servers every 30 days to minimize the digital footprint of our minor users, except where retention is legally required for safety investigations.
